Dance and Posture Class

A fun way to keep fit by dancing to various styles, from pop videos to rock "n" roll. Non impact, medium intensity. No previous experience needed.
You can pay £48 for a 12 week block or £5 per session - Starts Tuesday 14th September 
 Dance Class 1 - (7.00 - 7.45pm), Dance Class 2 - (7.45 - 8.30pm)

Legs, Bums, Tums

A dance based workout to shape, sculp and tone Legs, Bums and Tums. It is a moderate intensity, non impact conditioning class, with lots of toning execises for the problem areas. Suitable for all levels.
Classes are 45 minutes long and cost £5 per session starting on Tuesday 14th September for 12 weeks

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a powerful technique for reducing stress and learning to take an active role in improving your health and well being. This is a structured course which will teach you a fresh approach to dealing with stress, pain and other difficulties. This course can help you to discover and develop your ability to help yourself move towards greater balance, control and peace of mind.

A free orientation / awareness sessions will be held on Tuesday 14th September 2010,(6.30 - 8pm) in order to meet the tutor and the rest of the group and to decide if the course is right for you.

Yoga, genuine, all inclusive yoga - Starts Tuesday 16th September

As well as the beautiful stretches and poses included in hatha yoga these sessions will include breathing exercises and pranayama to enhance mental functioning, increase your energy, vitality and health.The many wonderful and varied techniques induce tranquil relaxation along with interesting ways to prepare for and ultimately lead into meditation if desired. We will explore mudras, bandhas, mantra, maya and more.
This is holistic yoga that benefits not only the body but also the mind, emotions and spirit to leave you feeling relaxed yet lively and alert.
Yoga Class 1 - ( 6 - 7.20pm) Cost - £80 per term or £10 per session  for 12 weeks
Yoga Class 2 - ( 7.35 - 9pm) Cost £80 per term
